"For What It's Worth" - Placebo (para abrir o apetite)

O sexto álbum de originais chegou às lojas a 8 de Junho e é, segundo Brian Molko, o primeiro disco conceptual dos Placebo.
«Acho que o "Battle for the Sun" é o nosso primeiro álbum a contar uma história ao longo dos seus 52 minutos. Os nossos lançamentos anteriores eram apenas uma compilação de canções», disse o vocalista da banda inglesa.
O novo disco contou com a produção de David Bottrill que já trabalhoucom os Tool, dEUS e Muse. "Batlle for the Sun" é o primeiro album desde a saída do baterista Steve Hewitt, entretanto substituído por Steve Forrest.
Os Placebo vão estar em Portugal a 10 de Julho no palco principal do Festival Optimus Alive!09.
